Remembering christmases past

Dear John

As pantomimes come round again
our thoughts are of the legendary dame
never forgotten the wondrous sights
whirling colours and flashing lights
eagerly waiting to hear [im free]
now just knowing it will not be
memories of you to great acclaim
christmas will never be the same

Panomime lights will be dimmer this year
The legendary dame is no longer here
Dancing and singing,costumes so bright
Shouting and laughter,of childrens delight
IM FREE'comes a echo,of muted sound
Oh how the memories swirl round and round
No the pantomine lights are not so clear
The curtain came down so sudden this year

Remembering those happy times
